Abstract
Entry requirements for the Republic of Korea vary depending on nationality, passport type, and country of residence. All foreign participants are responsible for verifying the visa and entry requirements applicable to them prior to traveling to Korea and are advised to consult the nearest Korean Embassy or Consulate. As required documents and processing times differ by country and consular post, applicants are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time for visa processing.
Visa Invitation Letter

As required documents and processing times differ by country and consular post, applicants are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time for visa processing.
Participants who require an invitation letter for their visa application may request one from the APIEMS 2026 Secretariat after completing conference registration and payment of the registration fee.
To request an invitation letter, please send an email to admin@kiie.org with the subject line "Visa Invitation Letter Request – APIEMS 2026" and include the following information:

If the Korean Embassy or Consulate in your country requires a specific invitation letter format or additional supporting documents, please indicate this in your request.
Please note that the invitation letter is issued solely to support the recipient's visa application for attending APIEMS 2026 and does not constitute any financial or other obligation on the part of the organizers. The issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval.
